9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timelines and shipping charges are as follows:

• Local Orders: Processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery within 5-7 business days. Flat delivery charge of Rs 60 for orders less than Rs 700.
• India Orders: Processed within 3-7 business days. Delivery within 7-10 business days (12-15 days for remote areas). Free shipping on orders above Rs 1400; flat Rs 70 charge for orders below Rs 1400.
• International Orders: Processed within 3-7 business days. Delivery within 15-20 business days. Shipping charges vary based on destination.

Important: Delivery times depend on courier agencies and may be subject to delays beyond our control. NMantra is not responsible for damage after delivery or for goods signed by an alternative person.You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. In summary: Returns accepted within 3 days from delivery date for unopened products in original packaging. All products once purchased are non-refundable (exchanges only in case of our error).
