REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At NMantra, we are committed to your satisfaction with our 100 % skin, hair wellness, baby care, and home care products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’ve designed this policy to make returns and refunds as straightforward as possible.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product not used and product packaging not opened
- Product delivered in a damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Incomplete order (missing products)
Important: All returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in sealed condition with labels/tags intact, in their original packaging, and in an undamaged condition.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Products with missing original packaging, labels, or tags
- Products returned after 3 days from delivery
- Damaged products where damage was caused after delivery
- Damages due to improper use, improper/wrong application, or customer negligence
Please Note: Since opened and damaged goods cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of such goods once delivered. NMantra is not responsible for damage caused after the product has been delivered.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Care within 3 days of delivery at CCarenmantra9@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Provide supporting evidence (photos/videos) if the product is damaged, wrong, or expired.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions.
- Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- NMantra will bear the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, expired, or incomplete products).
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong product).
3. REFUND POLICY
Important Notice: All products once purchased are non-refundable. Once sold, no refunds will be made.
However, in exceptional cases where a return is approved due to our error (damaged, wrong, expired, or incomplete products), we will process an exchange or replacement as follows:
- Exchange/Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you a replacement of the same product within 7-10 business days.
- Store Credit: If the original product is out of stock, we will issue store credit equivalent to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on www.nmantra.in.
- Processing Time: All approved returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 to 21 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
Please Note: Charges for shipping incurred for samples, trial products, or promotional items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report Immediately: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
- Verification: Our team will verify your claim and may request additional information.
- Resolution: Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Important: Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative (family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.). However, NMantra takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Please inspect the package before accepting delivery.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at CCarenmantra9@gmail.com. No charges will apply.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery and return the unopened package for an exchange or store credit as per our return policy.
- NMantra‘s Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
6. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product was damaged, defective, wrong, or expired upon delivery
- Return initiated within 3 days of delivery
- Product is unopened and in original packaging
- Exchange subject to product availability and approval by NMantra
Note: We do not offer exchanges for a different product. Exchanges are only for the same product that was originally ordered.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Products without original packaging, tags, or labels
- Sample products and trial products
- Products purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)
- Products returned after the 3-day return window
8. PRODUCT QUALITY & SAFETY
All NMantra products are formulated with USDA Certified Organic Oils, natural ingredients, Eco-Cert preservatives, plant-based extracts and emulsifiers, and pure essential oils. We never use petroleum, parabens, toxic chemicals, artificial fragrances, colors, or any harmful ingredients.
While we take enormous care to ensure our products are safe for all skin types, individual reactions may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Important: Returns due to allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or personal preference are not covered under this return policy. It is your responsibility to review product ingredients before purchase and use.
